These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Drop Out Trades, the operator of Trade Matrix Syncer ("we," "us," "our," or the "Service"), governing your access to and use of tradematrixsyncer.com and the associated web application. By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you, including any laws related to trading or futures markets in your jurisdiction.
Trade Matrix Syncer provides tools that may include: connecting to third-party prop trading accounts (e.g., via Tradovate) to import trade and account data, trade journaling, rule-limit monitoring, mistake tracking, AI-generated coaching and session-planning content, weekly performance reviews, and related analytics features. Features vary by subscription plan and may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Where a free trial is offered, a valid payment method is required at signup, and your card will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before it does. You may cancel at any time through the customer billing portal or by contacting support@tradematrixsyncer.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refunds are provided except where required by law or stated otherwise at our discretion. We do not store your full payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. and is subject to Stripe's own terms.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Tradovate (or other prop-firm data providers), Anthropic (for AI-generated content), ForexFactory (for economic calendar data), and Stripe (for payments). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any prop trading firm, broker, or data provider referenced in the app. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or acts or omissions.
Any AI-generated coaching, session plans, trade grades, psychology feedback, news-impact analysis, or similar content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, or other instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. See our full Risk Disclaimer.
Rule Watchdog, drawdown tracking, and similar monitoring features are aids to help you track prop-firm rules and account metrics as reported by connected data sources. They are not a guarantee that you will avoid a rule violation, account breach, or loss, and any delay, inaccuracy, or outage in data sync (including from third-party APIs) may cause the Service to display information that does not reflect your account in real time. You remain solely responsible for knowing and complying with your prop firm's rules.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or misuse the Service; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; use the Service for unlawful purposes; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or resell or sublicense access without our written consent.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own trade data and third-party data), is owned by Drop Out Trades and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal or business trading-related purposes while your subscription is active.
You retain ownership of the trade, account, and journal data you input or import into the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and store data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROP OUT TRADES AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF A FUNDED ACCOUNT, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drop Out Trades from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Drop Out Trades operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@tradematrixsyncer.com.
